The plot for the clue hunt is 'A New Year...To Die For'. The year is 1925 and the dysfunctional McTavish Clan has assembled at their ancestral home - Doom Castle. The clan has come together not to celebrate but to commemorate the life of Jock McTavish, who met his mysterious end on Christmas Eve just days before.
As the clan gather to hear the reading of Jock's Will they sense the palpable anticipation of a tale unravelling - a tale that is, quite literally, to die for.
